How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days. Express options may be available at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Delivery times and fees vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be amended or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order will have entered processing. Please contact us at support@opaleandco.shop as soon as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original packaging. Swimwear must have hygiene liners intact. See our full Return Policy for details.
How do I start a return?
Email support@opaleandco.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes — we're happy to exchange for a different size or colour where stock is available. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Sizing
How do I find my size?
Visit our Size Guide for full measurements. For swimwear, we recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips and comparing to the guide. When in doubt, size up — especially for bandeau styles.
Do swimwear sizes run true to size?
Most styles run true to size. Individual product pages note any exceptions. Adjustable tie styles are very forgiving across sizes.
Products
How should I care for my swimwear?
Hand wash in cold water and lay flat to dry. Avoid tumble drying, wringing, or ironing. Rinse after contact with chlorine or salt water to preserve colour and fabric.
How should I care for my boots?
Wipe clean with a damp cloth and air dry away from direct heat. For suede styles, use a suede brush and protector spray. Store in a cool, dry place.
