Refund & Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn and unwashed, in their original condition with all tags attached, free from perfume or scents, and in original packaging where applicable.

Hygiene Policy

For health and hygiene reasons, swimwear cannot be returned if the hygiene seal has been removed or if the item has been tried on without undergarments. We recommend trying on all swimwear over underwear.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as Final Sale, gift cards, and items showing signs of wear or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

Email support@opaleandco.shop with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact support@opaleandco.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will make it right at no cost to you.
