Return Policy

We want you to love your Opale & Co. order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided items are:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags attached
  • For swimwear: hygiene liners must be intact and unremoved

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Swimwear with removed or damaged hygiene liners
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Gift cards

How to Return

  1. Email support@opaleandco.shop with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
  2. We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days
  3. Pack items securely and ship using a tracked service — we recommend keeping your tracking number
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or card provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange for a different size or colour where stock allows. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at support@opaleandco.shop with photos and your order number. We'll resolve this for you immediately.
