Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use the link in that email to follow your package in real time.

How to Track

  1. Check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email from Opale & Co.
  2. Click the tracking link in the email, or copy your tracking number and visit the carrier's website directly
  3. Enter your tracking number to see the latest status and estimated delivery date

Tracking Not Updating?

It can take up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear after you receive your shipping confirmation. If your tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days, please contact us.

Haven't Received a Shipping Confirmation?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation after 3 business days, check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.
